Responsible for building and maintaining Hiessence’s positive brand image through strategic communications, influencer partnerships, and public relations campaigns.
Combines traditional PR with digital creator engagement to maximize brand visibility, strengthen brand messaging, and support marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement public relations strategies aligned with Hiessence’s marketing and branding goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, bloggers, and creators.
Collaborate with TikTok and Meta creators to expand brand presence on social media platforms.
Scout, engage, and manage Shopee and TikTok affiliates to drive sales and brand visibility.
Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
Organize and coordinate media events, product launches, and brand activations.
Work closely with the Marketing team on integrated campaigns to increase brand visibility, lead generation, and engagement.
Monitor press coverage, influencer trends, and competitor activities to identify PR opportunities.
Track and report on the performance of PR, influencer, and affiliate initiatives.
Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all PR and digital communication channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in public relations, preferably in lifestyle, wellness, fragrance, or consumer goods industries.
Strong network with media, press, and influencer communities is a plus.
Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
Proven ability to manage PR campaigns from concept to execution.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Creative, resourceful, and proactive in identifying opportunities for positive brand exposure.
