Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related course.

  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support (fresh graduates with internship experience may also apply).
  • Skills:
  • Knowledge of basic purchasing procedures and documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Support

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining price quotations.
  • Prepare and process purchase requests and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding order details, delivery schedules, and payment terms.

2. Documentation and Record-Keeping

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of purchases, suppliers, and pricing information.
  • Ensure that all purchasing documents are properly filed and accessible for reference.
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of purchase orders and delivery receipts.

3. Supplier Coordination

  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Follow up on pending orders, discrepancies, or delayed deliveries.
  • Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining positive relationships.

4. Inventory and Cost Monitoring

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse or inventory team to avoid shortages.
  • Assist in maintaining cost efficiency by comparing prices and negotiating terms when necessary.
  • Prepare summary reports on purchases and price trends.

5. Administrative Support

  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding material and service requirements.
  • Assist in budget monitoring and cost control for purchasing activities.
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
