- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Issue and track purchase orders; ensure timely product/service delivery.
- Maintain vendor relationships and purchasing documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production/warehouse teams.
- Prepare cost analysis reports and support procurement planning.
- Resolve supplier issues and uphold procurement policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 1 year experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory control; 2+ years preferred.
- Strong skills in negotiation, vendor management, and data‑driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with purchasing or ERP systems is a plus.
- Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Driver’s license (Car license 1 or 2) and willingness to travel are advantageous.
