• Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring the best possible terms for quality, price, and delivery.
• Oversee the entire purchasing process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost- effective procurement.
• Ensure that all raw materials and ingredients meet CSI's stringent quality and food safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of reliable and reputable suppliers.
• Negotiate favorable terms and resolve any disputes with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure a consistent supply of materials without overstocking.
• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare and manage the purchasing budget, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
• Collaborate with Production and Sales teams to forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards in all procurement activities.
• Maintain untainted integrity and ensure that all transactions are free from conflicts of interest.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the food service or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance, food safety standards, and related regulatory requirements.
• A well-established network of raw material and food suppliers.
• Proven track record of integrity and ethical conduct in procurement roles.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding planning and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency track record of integrity and ethical conduct in procurement roles
