簡介
- Receive and analyze Purchase Requisition forms from different Department.
- Negotiate price and prepare canvass sheets.
- Oversee supplier accreditation process and create PO based on the approved canvass sheets.
- Follow up on the delivery of the items requested.
- Coordinate with Finance Department to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Perform other duties/tasks as assigned.
職位要求
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s /College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- With knowledge in Accounting System (SAP and QuickBooks)
- At least 1-2 work experience specializing in Accounting and Finance functions or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Willing to work in BGC Taguig City
