Position: Purchasing Officer

Salary: Php15,000 – Php 20,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business Administration and any related course.
• With at least 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, import and export
• With experience working in manufacturing company
• Amenable to attend face to face interview
• Can start as soon as possible is a big plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support in company for planning and managing procurement strategies.
• Review and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Evaluate supplier performance and assist in maintaining vendor relationships.
• Monthly Inventory
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure timely updates in procurement systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and delays.
