As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies, significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. Your typical day will involve evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions
• Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts
• Execute test cases and analyze results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Python
• Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Selenium
• Strong understanding of software testing principles

Good to Have Skills:

• Strong Python programming skills – writing clean, modular, and object-oriented code
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework, including libraries like SeleniumLibrary, RequestsLibrary, etc.
• Expertise in exception handling within Robot Framework and Python scripts
• Deep understanding of locator strategies – XPath, CSS Selectors, dynamic element identification, etc.
• Experience in analyzing test failures and debugging issues efficiently
• Background in Salesforce application – Good to have
