Assist in the creation, organization, and maintenance of IT project documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, user manuals, process flows, and meeting minutes.
Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant team members.
Help standardize documentation templates and processes.
Project Coordination:
Support the IT team in coordinating project activities and schedules with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Assist in scheduling and preparing for project meetings, including distributing agendas and recording action items.
Facilitate communication channels to ensure timely information flow between project teams and stakeholders. Track and follow up on outstanding tasks and deliverables.
Software Review & Quality Assurance (QA):
Assist in conducting basic software reviews to identify potential issues or discrepancies against requirements.
Support the QA team in executing test cases and documenting test results.
Help identify, report, and track software defects.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities as needed.
General IT Support:
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the IT team as required.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.
Engage in continuous learning to develop IT knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts is a plus.
Familiarity with project management principles or tools (e.g., Jira, MS Planner) is a plus but not required.
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
