About the Role

We are seeking a QA Specialist with strong experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) systems. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of automation testing, data validation, and intelligent system behavior to ensure our products deliver exceptional reliability, performance, and accuracy.

As a QA Specialist in our advanced automation environment, you will work closely with developers, data scientists, and business analysts to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies across RPA workflows and AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for RPA bots and AI/ML systems.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for automation solutions.
• Validate model outputs, data pipelines, and algorithmic performance against business and accuracy requirements.
• Collaborate with RPA developers and data engineers to identify defects, process improvements, and automation gaps.
• Build automated test frameworks and support CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards, documentation, and best practices for intelligent automation solutions.
• Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and support release readiness activities.
• Stay current on QA tools, RPA technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), and emerging AI/ML testing methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or test automation.
• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).
• Knowledge of AI/ML model testing, validation techniques, and data quality assessment.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or another scripting language used for automation and test development.
• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret model behavior and data transformations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing machine learning pipelines (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with data versioning and MLOps tools (DVC, MLflow, Kubeflow).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deployment and testing of automation solutions.
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
