Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection checklists for site activities
Conduct materials and workmanship inspections in accordance with project specifications
Review and verify construction drawings, method statements, and test results
Coordinate with third-party laboratories, suppliers, and consultants for required testing
Prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective/preventive actions are taken
Monitor and ensure compliance with project QA/QC plans and contract requirements
Maintain proper documentation of QA/QC records and testing reports
Assist in project handover requirements including as-built plans, material certifications, and test reports
Conduct site coordination and joint inspections with client representatives
Support continuous improvement initiatives across construction processes

Must be a licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
With at least 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in vertical and/or horizontal construction projects
In-depth knowledge of construction materials testing, inspection methods, and project documentation
Familiar with local construction codes (e.g., NSCP, DPWH Blue Book), ISO 9001, and DPWH/QMS requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other documentation software
With relevant trainings/seminars in QA/QC, ISO, or construction quality standards
Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills
Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations as needed
