-design, build and oversee the production and construction of buildings and other infrastructure.

- Age limit is 30yo - 40yo

- Graduate of BS Civil Engineer (can be licensed or not)

- w/ ATLEAST 3-4years experience as an In-House Engineer in Construction Industry (Site & Production based work) with work experience more on Architectural works rather than Structural/Plumbing/Electrical

- Has vast experience and proficient in attending site meetings

- Good mathematical and analytical skills

- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and SketchUp

- Pleasing personality and appearance

- Good communication and leadership skills

- Professional, Upright, Accountable

- Fast learner, detail-oriented, reliable, with proper work etiquette

- Good inspection skills (QC/QA skills)

- Can work efficiently with minor supervision

- Has manpower handling skills (for overseeing of production)

- Willing to work on field (site visits and meetings) and report in the office from time to time

- Has means of transportation (with Driver's License)

- Living within Metro Manila or near the area (Banawe/La Loma, Quezon City) is better
