- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
- Document testing processes and results.
- Ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in quality management or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Quality Management, Lean Production methodologies, Data Analysis, and Quality Control processes.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with potential for on-site inspections in manufacturing environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong communicator, and team player.
