The Creative QA Specialist safeguards the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of all creative deliverables across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve video ads, UGC reels, and branded content to confirm alignment with technical specifications and brand direction.
- Validate compliance with requirements across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and other channels.
- Identify and flag issues such as audio sync problems, visual glitches, caption errors, pacing inconsistencies, and any elements that fall outside brand standards.
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and creative leads to resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain and refine QA checklists, SOPs, and platform-specific standards to support scalable production workflows.
- Strengthen internal feedback loops, monitor AI-assisted content generation, and ensure that outputs match quality expectations.
- Stay updated on platform trends and emerging best practices in social-first creative execution.
- Track recurring issues and recommend upstream fixes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Reinforce QA expectations during onboarding for new editors and designers and help build a culture of consistent quality across the team.
Qualifications
- You bring at least two years of experience in creative QA, video production, or digital content review within a fast-paced creative or marketing environment.
- You understand the content nuances of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads.
- You maintain high standards for visual storytelling, pacing, and presentation.
- You are comfortable evaluating both manually edited and AI-assisted content and can spot even subtle inconsistencies.
- You can work efficiently using tools such as Frame.io, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent platforms.
- You communicate clearly, provide precise and professional feedback, and manage multiple reviews and deadlines without compromising quality.
- A background in video editing, motion design, or creative operations is a strong advantage.
