People Management
Ensure quality of works in accordance with the Quality Management Plan.
Develop Method Statements, Inspection & Testing Plans, and Checklists.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with clients requirements.
Ensure all QA/QC control measures and procedures are documented, implemented, and auditable.
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the concrete batching plant, ensuring efficient production and timely delivery of high-quality concrete for construction projects.
Monitor production schedules, quality control, and inventory management.
Lead, train, and supervise a team of technicians and operators, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure seamless production and delivery.
Maintain and improve batch plant systems, equipment, and technology to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

Proven experience as a Concrete Batch Manager, Plant Manager, or similar role in a construction or related sector.
In-depth knowledge of concrete production processes, equipment, and quality control.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and train others.
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
