The QC Inspector ensures that food products meet safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, and maintaining quality records to uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspections:

Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

Evaluate products for adherence to specifications and safety standards.

2. Testing:

Perform routine tests on samples, including microbiological, chemical, and sensory evaluations.

Document and analyze test results, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

3. Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal food safety regulations.

Assist in preparing for audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.

4. Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.

Generate reports on quality issues and improvement initiatives.

5. Collaboration:

Work closely with production staff to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.

Provide training to team members on quality standards and best practices.

6. Continuous Improvement:

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality control policies.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in food safety and quality management.

• Bachelor's degree in food science or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in quality control within the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to be assigned at Tikay, Malolos, Bulacan
• Salary is negotiable based on experience level.
