- Review and evaluate calls, cases, or documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve team performance and service delivery.
- Identify errors, trends, and process gaps, and escalate findings as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and audit results within required timelines.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure alignment with client and organizational quality expectations.
