Prepares Bill of Quantities and Bill of Materials and Quantity Take-off.
Prepares Budgetary Cost Estimates both for new and renovations. Consolidates, estimates from sanitary, electrical and mechanical trade.
Conduct Pre-Bidding/ tender bid documents/translates/evaluate and recommend award to winning bidder.
Prepares schedule of works/ Bar Chart for all on-going projects.
Coordinate and monitor preparation of contract/Purchase Orders and Requisition slips for all construction projects.
Conduct Site Inspection and prepares assessments.
Weekly update the management on all on-going projects. Prepares report on the status of work and actual costing versus budget.
Evaluate all quotations submitted and prepare bid evaluation.
Perform other tasks as the need arises.

Licensed Civil Engineering
Proven experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and project costing
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
1-3 working experience
