Inside Sales Agent

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Inside Sales Agent to assist with lead outreach, client follow-ups, and appointment setting. This role focuses on consistent communication, maintaining organized records, and supporting sales growth efforts.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects using provided scripts
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Conduct daily prospecting from lead sources
• Send follow-up calls, texts, and email communication
• Manage CRM records (update notes, statuses, and client information)
• Nurture and follow up with previous inquiries
• Respond to questions and provide basic information to prospects
• Assist with agent attraction and warm introductions
• Support with light organizational tasks such as email and calendar updates

Experience & Skills

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience in outbound calling (corporate or virtual role) preferred
• OR college graduate with strong coachability accepted
• CRM experience (BoldTrail, Funnel Pilot, or similar platforms) preferred
• Real estate familiarity is a plus but not required
• Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-through
