Project Planning and Management
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Ensure work is completed according to project specifications, regulatory requirements and timelines.
- Manage changes to project scope, project schedule and project cost using appropriate verification techniques.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation or fact sheet.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques including the tracking of the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the projects.
- Ensure that all project materials are delivered on-time, within scope and budget and adherence to quality.
- Approve billing appraisal
- Report any concerns to the management.
Communication and Team Management
- Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors.
- Monitor personnel weekly and monthly to-do lists and accomplishments.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members according to individual strengths, skill set and experience levels.
- Develop comprehensive plans to be shared with different department heads to address concerns.
- Coordinate with other departments during project site inspection together with accredited financing institutions.
- Use and continually develop leadership and management skills
Budget Management
- Review billings per project site on work accomplished by contractors.
- Identify and address any cost overruns
- Monitor and evaluate on-going project cost
Quality Control, Risk, and Safety Management
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure project standards are met.
- Conduct site inspections and oversee testing of materials.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies and operational control
- Resolve technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Address safety concerns promptly.
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Project Management, or a related field is required.
- Master's Degree is a plus.
- Experience Level: Candidates should have 5-10 years of relevant experience in real estate project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong project management skills, real estate planning, attention to detail, teamwork, customer relationship management, planning & scheduling, decision-making, environmental awareness, budget appropriation, excellent communication, and contract management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee project lifecycle, manage budgets, coordinate teams, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain client relationships.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with site visits; flexibility in hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
