Achieve and exceed sales targets while driving revenue growth.
Lead impactful client presentations that showcase our premium real estate projects.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to stay ahead of market trends.
Train, mentor, and build a strong sales force that delivers outstanding results.
Prepare and analyze sales reports to optimize performance and drive success.

Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business or BS Real Estate Management is a plus!).
Accredited Salesperson or Licensed Real Estate Broker.
Proven track record in Real Estate Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and drive teams.
4+ years of experience leading sales teams, with expertise in:
Recruiting, training, and coaching top-tier sales professionals.
Sales strategy development and execution.
Managing and mentoring 2 Sales Managers.
