- Greeting visitors / Assist guests, clients;
- Must be cautious especially when there are visitors and other people
- Keep logbook of all guests / visitors
- Must have a friendly and professional appearance
- Answering phone calls in a friendly and professional manner and directing them to the right person or department.
- Other clerical jobs.

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk operations, MS Office, and data entry. Strong organizational skills are essential.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
