  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain appointment schedules and organize meetings.
  • Handle mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Assist in administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Graduate of BS Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or any related course
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year of working experience as a receptionist
  • Can start immediately
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Help Desk software.
