- End to End Recruitment Process
- Design and implement recruitment system of the organization;
- Performs administrative duties such as maintaining Active and Inactive Employee online database;
- Monitor and keep safe 201 files;
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating Masterlist;
- Maintains employee confidence and protect orientation by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employee
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolutions to their queries.
