Job Title: Senior Recruiter

Work Shift: Philippines Business Hours (Earliest 9 AM – 6 PM), Weekends Off

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Handle the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates to final offer and onboarding.
- Ensure timely hiring in alignment with business and project requirements.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Proactively source candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and campus drives.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Provide market insights and hiring strategies to improve recruitment outcomes.
Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience
- Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring panels.
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Guide and mentor junior recruiters or sourcing specialists on best practices, candidate management, and recruitment tools.
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics and ensure targets are met.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Implement and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality of hires.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations in the Philippines.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
- Present regular updates and dashboards to management on hiring progress and market trends.
Employer Branding
- Collaborate with marketing or HR teams to strengthen employer brand presence across job portals, social media, and career fairs.
- Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.
Offer Management & Negotiation
- Prepare offer letters and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
- Manage offer acceptance and pre-joining engagement to reduce dropouts.
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on local talent market trends, competitor hiring practices, and compensation benchmarks to guide recruitment strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a College graduate
- Should have at least 4–6 years of total professional experience, including 2–3 years specializing in high-volume sourcing and corporate recruitment, or possessing relevant equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Must possess good understanding of sourcing systems and procedures
- Understanding local labor laws and statutory requirements
- Must be both ‘people-and-results oriented’ with high sense of urgency
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and teams
- Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units
- Knowledge of PC technology, applications, and online tools
