The Recruitment Associate (Project-based) is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure that the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best talent. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing effective recruiting strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

S/he will also be accountable in preparing and extending approved job offers to candidates and ensuring that the offers are accepted and explained to candidates in detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure understanding of the business requirement and department operations to have a better appreciation of the Job Description
• Ensure job postings are well-written and posted on relevant platforms.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct thorough screening and effective interviewing processes using competency-based interview technique.
• Active participation in Job fairs and on-site caravans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Aid in the coordination and conduct of in-person interviews of hiring managers to evaluate candidates.
• Conduct thorough and effective job offer briefing with candidates from initial offer to acceptance.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.

Job Requirements

1. Graduate of Psychology or any equivalent bachelor's degree
2. With at least one year of work experience as a Recruiter
3. Flexible, has keen attention to details, and trustworthy
4. MUST BE WILLING TO UNDERGO PROJECT-BASED EMPLOYMENT FOR SIX MONTHS
5. Willing to report onsite in Makati City
