Role: Talent Operations Specialist (Accounting)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Location: Philippines - Angeles / Mabalacat (Pampanga), Makati, Ortigas
Schedule: Morning Shift
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Operations:
- Meets with stakeholders/hiring managers as needed to provide updates on active roles, challenges, and discuss potential requirements, including those for niche roles such as Accounting, IT, etc.
- Ensures that recruitment SLAs/metrics and agreed TATs are met.
- Provides accurate Recruitment Reports (Daily/Weekly) to the Talent Operations Lead/Manager in a timely manner.
- Ensures that Job In-Take Sessions/role calibrations are scheduled with Hiring Managers prior to working on a particular role.
- Works with RMS and TA Lead in conducting a market scan for net new roles, including niche roles such as Accounting, IT, etc.
- Reviews endorsements from RMS Specialist Partner and conducts Behavioral Interviews with the candidates.
- Initiates administration and completion of online and written exams as needed.
- Coordinates scheduling of interviews and hiring results to hiring managers.
- Provides interview feedback to candidates in a timely manner.
- Makes recommendations to management on who to extend offers of employment to candidates based on interviews and background investigations.
- Prepares job offers and issues employment contracts to New Hires.
- Ensures that offers are aligned with the internal pay ranges and at par with market rates, especially for specialized roles.
- Ensures that pre-employment documents are submitted by new hires a week before the scheduled start date.
- Gathers candidate data for market intelligence purposes to ensure that we are up to date with market practices, particularly for niche roles; shares the information with the Recruitment Operations Lead and Recruitment Operations Manager.
- Monitors the daily flow of applicants and ensures that all scheduled candidates are accommodated for Behavioral Interviews, Assessments, or Contract Signing.
- Sends End of Day Report to the Talent Acquisition Team.
- Gathers Pre-Employment Requirements from New Hires and will be responsible for follow-up with the candidates.
Candidate Profiling / Behavioral Interviews:
- Make outbound calls to qualified pipeline of candidates endorsed by RMS Team, including those for niche roles.
- Conduct phone interviews and schedule successful candidates for endorsement to Sales Teams.
- Regular & timely correspondence with Hiring Managers, particularly for niche role requirements.
- Initiate, maintain, and develop relationships with Sales Leads & other business units.
CS Recruit Candidate Management & Tracking:
- Answer questions regarding the recruitment process, including queries related to niche roles.
- Conduct call outs of qualified candidates and drive timely updates of CS Recruit.
Administration Tasks:
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned either in support of divisional/departmental goal attainment or for professional training, education, or development as programmed by Recruitment Operations Officer.
Qualification and requirements (Non-negotiable):
- College Graduate
- Administrative-related Experience
- Customer Service Experience/Relevant Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years End to End Recruitment (Accounting, IT) and Stakeholder Management experience; preferably in a global organization
- Willingness to work onsite 3x a week as part of the role’s hybrid work arrangement.
