  • Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes,
  • Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Work closely with managers to understand their staffing needs, including required skills, experience, and the number of positions to be filled.
  • Create clear and accurate job descriptions that attract qualified candidates and accurately reflect the requirements of the role.
  • Coordinating with agencies on screening and scheduling the interviews of the qualified applicants.
  • Processing store intros of the qualified applicants
  • Collaborating with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives.and conducting interviews.

  • W/ Recruitment Experience
  • Recruitment experience handling promodiser is a plus but not required
  • Amenable to work onsite in Mandaluyong
  • Can start asap
