- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source and engage candidates through various platforms.
- Conduct interviews and assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and track applications.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or related HR functions.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, HRIS, communication, employee relations, talent management, and candidate screening. Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work options; typically a standard work schedule.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, organized, and approachable with a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethics.
