- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

- Conduct reference checks and facilitate offers.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in recruiting or HR.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting strategies and payroll systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, assist with payroll, and maintain candidate databases.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.
