簡介
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms (job portals, social media, company website, etc.).
- Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial phone or in-person interviews.
- Schedule interviews and exams with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct background checks, reference checks, and credential verifications.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and databases.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, results, and job offers.
- Assist in onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics as required by management.
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies.
- Support other HR functions as needed (e.g., orientation, employee records, training logistics).
職位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.
