HR RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

• With own vehicle (for field work purposes)
• With pleasing personality and a professional attitude
• At least 6 months of related work experience in recruitment or HR support
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to do field work such as coordinating with City Hall, LGUs, and schools
• Will also perform office-based tasks when not assigned to field work

Key Responsibilities:

Office-Based Duties

• Post job vacancies on job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain and update applicant records in HR database
• Prepare recruitment reports, trackers, and documentation
• Assist in onboarding and pre-employment processing

Field Work Responsibilities

• Conduct field recruitment activities such as job fairs, walk-in screenings, and community sourcing
• Visit company sites/branches to support hiring needs and conduct on-site interviews
• Distribute job flyers, set up recruitment booths, and coordinate with local partners or institutions
• Assist applicants with pre-employment requirements on-site
• Deliver or collect documents needed for hiring and deployment
• Coordinate with operations teams to understand manpower needs and ensure timely fulfillment
