Recruitment Marketing Specialist – Referral Programs
100% WFH | Day Shift
Our client is a networking and community focused referral web app. As they scale their digital presence, they are hiring a Recruitment Marketer who will build, guide, and activate a strong referring community; ensuring consistent growth in referral pipelines and quality across targeted skillsets and talent markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. LinkedIn Growth & Optimization
• Grow multiple LinkedIn company pages via targeted audience expansion.
• Optimize page structure, visuals and awareness for maximum visibility.
• Track and improve follower growth, engagement, and inbound conversions.
2. Referrer Community Growth & Activation
• Grow the number of active referrers across targeted talent markets.
• Engage and support referrers through continuous communication.
• Reactivate dormant referrers through targeted outreach and incentives.
• Ensure referrers understand how to submit high-quality, relevant candidates.
• Maintain responsiveness and communication within LinkedIn messaging.
3. Build Niche Skill Communities
• Segment referrers by skill category (IT, finance, CX, sales, creatives, etc.).
• Build mini-communities for each core skillset and manage ongoing engagement.
• Grow each community with niche subject-matter referrers and connectors.
• Facilitate peer networking within each skillset for increased referral activity.
• Track referral trends by skill category to forecast talent supply needs.
4. Content Creation & Community Engagement
• Create high-engagement LinkedIn posts that resonate with each talent niche.
• Repurpose insights, role updates, and success stories into social content.
• Publish urgent roles, referral bonuses, and engagement prompts.
• Monitor and respond to comments, posts, and conversations.
• Develop educational content to help referrers identify better candidates.
5. Referral Pipeline Development
• Identify high-potential referrers and talent connectors on LinkedIn.
• Build segmented lists for targeted outreach per skill category.
• Engage with referrers to encourage consistent weekly submissions.
• Maintain strong relationships with top-performing referrers.
• Provide guidance and clarity on talent profiles needed per role.
6. VIP Management
• Segment referrers by activity level, skill expertise, and performance.
• Build and maintain VIP lists for each core talent market.
• Deliver customized messaging to top contributors to increase output.
• Map the referrer network to ensure coverage across all key industries.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Hands-on experience in recruitment marketing and talent sourcing.
• Strong background in LinkedIn growth, engagement, and lead generation.
• Ability to build segmented talent/referrer pipelines.
• Proven experience managing an online community or professional network.
• Strong content creation skills for LinkedIn (short-form and insight-based).
• Excellent written communication and message management skills.
• Experience in HR, recruitment, outsourcing, staffing, or similar industries.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage high-volume messaging.
• Comfortable working independently, tracking KPIs, and refining strategy.
