We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team!
Basic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR (client-facing preferred)
- Proven end-to-end recruitment and headhunting experience
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor compliance, and employer branding
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and external recruitment agencies
- Experience in offshore recruitment, preferably direct-to-client engagement
- Amenable to working in a shifting schedule to support business and client requirements
- Proficient in ATS platforms and recruitment reporting
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, proactive, accountable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Develop and execute recruitment, headhunting, and talent mapping strategies
- Create and deliver recruitment campaigns, job ads, and employer branding content
- Partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and clients as a trusted recruitment advisor
- Assess candidates for skills, experience, cultural fit, and values alignment
- Manage candidate, referral, and recruiter relationships with timely communication
- Drive internal referral programs and track sourcing effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client standards, and labor regulations
- Maintain accurate ATS records, recruitment documentation, and dashboards
- Provide recruitment metrics, insights, and recommendations to leadership
- Participate in People Ops, resource planning, and staffing meetings
Recruitment Operations & HR Support
- Monitor and apply recruitment and HR best practices across all hiring activities
- Prepare and issue employment offers and manage onboarding documentation
- Support probation, aftercare, and performance feedback processes
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and reduce reliance through cost-effective sourcing
- Maintain employee and project team records; report workforce movements and updates
- Provide HR systems, process support, and administrative assistance to leadership
