  • Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HR software and databases, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and sound decision-making.
