How you’ll make an impact:

• Responsible in typing test, Smart Recruiter monitoring and movement on the candidates’ profile.
• Responsible for screening applicants by conducting face-to-face or over-the-phone initial interviews, language assessments, top-grading interviews, and other screening tests.
• Maintain the database by encoding applicants’ complete information and updating their status at every hiring stage to ensure we fully track each applicant's lifecycle.
• Ensure that every applicant will complete all Service Delivery filtering assessment/s and interview.
• Responsible in conducting NTO and collecting pre-employment requirements and completion of background check for all selected candidates.

You’ll be a great match if you have:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic PC skills with the ability to multi-task applications as required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• With pleasing personality.
• Flexibility to travel for recruitment events or job fairs.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays, if necessary.
• Willing to work onsite
