Our client a leading foreign bank in SME banking needs an RM with exposure to SME and also retail banking as a RELATIONSHIP MANAGER at their Johor and Penang branches.
- Soliciting of business loaned to enhance the Bank's loan assets with optimal returns to the Bank.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to promote active utilisation rates and ensure optimal return for the Bank.
- Ensure credit portfolio of the department is of good and sound credit quality to minimise Non- Performing Loans.
- Cross sells the Bank's various products & services to existing and potential customers including but not limited to deposit products / credit facilities.
- Implement the delivery of sales strategies and targets.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prepare marketing call report, pipeline report and any others that within the targeted timelines.
- Assist to manage appropriate continuing professional development (CPD) for the Relationship Managers of the branch, if any.
- Process data to produce accurate facts, figures and credit application (CA) with no major errors are to be noted in the CA.
Must possess SME /Business and Retail banking experience
