簡介
- Liaising to plan, execute, evaluate and accurately document with new product development personnel during menu item trials, first production launches, bulk production, and ingredient revisions.
- Provides concise handling procedure for Pantry Chefs for menu item handling during catering events.
- Continuous cost analysis, comparison, and evaluation of existing and new menu items.
- Evaluates and performs external audit programs identifying ingredient potential through supplier accreditation process, comparison, and savings.
- Establishes dashboard and tools for product specification, production inventory, and monitoring of finished goods.
- Collaborates in continuous development of food quality control and FS systems.
職位要求
- BS Food Technology, Food Science or Nutrition & Dietetics
- With relevant experience in food manufacturing/hotel business/restaurant
- Excellent written and oral communication, collaboration & interpersonal skills
- Highly analytical, organized and systematic
- Proactive and can work effectively in a team
- Knowledgeable in basic office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Power point)
- Can start immediately
