We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Commissary Manager to oversee daily operations at our central kitchen facility. This role involves managing food production, staff supervision, inventory control, logistics, and ensuring food safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in food service operations, production management, and team leadership.standards of food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and profitability.


  • Oversee all commissary operations including food prep, packaging, and distribution
  • Manage production schedules to meet demand across multiple locations or clients
  • Supervise and train commissary staff to ensure efficient workflow and high performance
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels; order, receive, and manage food and supply stock
  • Coordinate deliveries and dispatch schedules to satellite locations or clients
  • Control food and labor costs, and work to minimize waste and inefficiencies
  • Maintain and enforce cleanliness and maintenance of the facility and equipment
  • Implement and oversee quality control procedures
  • Track daily production data and generate operational reports
  • Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and culinary teams
  • 1- 3 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
