- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively.
- Prepare budgets and financial reports for management review.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Team player, operations management, inventory and cost management, quality control, and strong work ethic.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong leadership abilities, and commitment to teamwork.
