This professional is responsible for managing staff, optimizing restaurant performance, and maintaining adherence to health and safety standards. The Restaurant Manager operates in a fast-paced environment, balancing customer satisfaction with effective business management to drive profitability and foster a positive workplace culture.

職位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM or any related field.
  • POLITE, HONEST, and TRUSTWORTHY
  • Preferably at least 6 months of experience.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with Staffs and Customers
  • Proven ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software
