Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
• Oversee staff performance, scheduling, and task delegation.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and sanitation standards.
• Assist in inventory control, ordering, and proper stock management.
• Monitor sales, expenses, and operational performance.
• Implement company policies, operational guidelines, and performance standards.
• Support training and development of restaurant staff.
• Coordinate with management regarding operational needs and improvements.
