CORE FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
Client Relationship Management
- Keep superior informed of client relations
- Handles all POP (Point of Purchase) requirements for Samsung Consumer Electronics, Customer Service and Enterprise Business Team) Business Units
- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects
- Working with agency colleagues (Art Directors, Accounts, Copy Writers, Traffic, Procurement, etc.) and vendors to ensure the client's brief, budget and timelines are met
- Maintain a good relationship with the client by always focusing on improving speed of service, provide an impeccable service day to day, sensitivity to customer concerns and awareness of changes in their general needs
- Manage client expectations through effective communication, keeping them informed of the project status as needed, foresee possible problems and present a solution and avoid delays and mistakes as much as possible
- Lead in achievement of overall client satisfaction objectives set for the Account Management team
Administrative
- Conduct e-bidding and submit all documents
Financial Management
- Achieve cost savings by making sure to negotiate to the lowest price possible in every given project and making sure materials used is up to par with Cheil standards
