We are looking for individuals to drive the in-store selling through great customer service: courteous, friendly, and efficient service. To be specific, your responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• give effective and excellent customer service at all times
• assist the customers in the merchandise that they need
• arranges and replenishes stocks that are on display & ensures the availability of stocks in the selling area.
• safeguards merchandise to ensure that there would be no shoplifting, breakage or damage
• cleans and maintains display fixtures and equipment, ensuring the cleanliness of the store
• ensures the display of merchandise is according to the given standards
• follows the guidelines and polices relative to the store's campaign on customer service
• maintains awareness of promotions, sales, and/or discounts
• follows the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by store management
• helps in the training and development of their fellow peers
• aids customers in locating merchandises in the store, Ace Hardware website, and processing special orders
• if assigned as Store Officer In-charge, manages Store’s Cash and Check Sales collection for deposit and assume custodianship of Store Funds such as Loose Change Fund and Petty Change Fund.

Job Requirements

• willing to be assigned at SM Seaside
• with or without experience
• with basic knowledge in cash and cards transactions is a plus
• willing to be trained
• willing to work on changing shifts & holidays
• willing to work six (6) days in a week
