職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required; high school diploma preferred.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of retail experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, marketing knowledge, inventory management, merchandising, public speaking, and customer service.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, manage inventory, merchandise products, promote sales, and handle transactions.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment. May require standing for long periods of time.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team.
