- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in retail sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, marketing, inventory management, teamwork, branding, public speaking, sales training, and customer management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Engage with customers, manage inventory, assist in sales training, and promote brand awareness.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment; may require evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work collaboratively.
