- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions using POS or cash register.
- Maintain product displays, shelves, and store cleanliness.
- Ensure products are properly tagged, priced, and well-stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or product issues.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Follow store policies, security procedures, and cash handling guidelines.
