In this role, you will now assume the following key responsibilities:

• Overall management of daily store operations
• Co-develop and implement sales strategies and mechanics to achieve store targets
• Generate and submit regular daily/weekly/monthly reports to HQ
• Serve as a good example of good conduct and co-enforce company policies at store assignment
• Ensure inventory accuracy and exhibit mastery of store systems
• Properly document and facilitate inventory movement (pull-out and delivery)
• Properly facilitate other authorized store activities outside regular operations such as maintenance, repairs, etc.
• Master the store’s POS system and cash management policies
• Ensure customer satisfaction by extending the highest level of service to all customers
• Possess and volunteer product information to customers
• Attend required meetings and assemblies
• Resolve simple to complex matters as it relates to operations, consumer services, personnel, and other concerns within the store
• Fulfill other tasks that may be assigned based on your role
