1. Customer Assistance & Engagement

  • Greet and welcome customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in locating products, providing detailed product information and recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Educate customers on store promotions, special offers, and loyalty programs.
  • Foster a positive and engaging shopping experience to encourage customer satisfaction and repeat business.

2. Sales & Product Promotion

  • Actively promote store products and highlight special promotions.
  • Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to drive customer purchases and meet sales targets.
  • Assist in upselling and cross-selling relevant products based on customer interests.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper handling of payments and store policies.
  • Manage product returns, exchanges, and other customer service transactions in accordance with company guidelines.

3. Store Maintenance & Merchandising

  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Regularly replenish stock, ensuring shelves and displays remain fully stocked and well-presented.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies.
  • Stay informed about new product releases, industry trends, and customer preferences.
  • Assist in setting up marketing displays, in-store events, and promotional areas as directed.

4. Team Collaboration & Store Operations

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations and a positive team environment.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other company activities as required.
  • Comply with store policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members when necessary.
  • Be willing to accept assignments in different store locations based on operational requirements.

5. Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
  • Sales-driven approach with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Basic proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to be assigned to various store locations as needed.
  • Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules as required by business operations.

Job Requirements

  • Business, or a related field (a plus, but not required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (a plus, but not required)
