We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager with a passion for sports and active living to lead and grow our sales team.
This role is perfect for someone who understands the energy of the sports industry and can channel that into building strong relationships, driving revenue, and developing strategies that align with the active lifestyle market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals in the sports and fitness industry
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retail partners, gyms, sports clubs, and institutions
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
Collaborate with marketing to design and execute promotional campaigns
Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management
Represent the brand at trade shows, expos, and sporting events
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction across all touchpoints

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, ideally in the sports, fitness, retail, or lifestyle industry
Strong network in the sports or outdoor gear market is a plus
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Passion for sports, fitness, or an active lifestyle
Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales models
Ability to work under pressure and hit ambitious targets
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
