- Operate bulldozers to move soil, rock, gravel, or other materials.
- Perform site clearing, grading, trench backfilling, and slope shaping.
- Follow directions from site foremen or engineers for site layout and grading levels.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance to ensure safety and performance.
- Keep equipment clean and report any damage or mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain awareness of surroundings and ensure safe operations near other equipment or workers.
- Follow company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with other tasks as needed on the site.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- With TESDA NC II Certification in Heavy Equipment Operation – Dozer (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating a bulldozer in construction or earthmoving sites
- Proficient in clearing land, grading, sloping, and earthmoving operations
- Knowledgeable in blade control, terrain reading, and equipment limits
- Familiar with basic maintenance, pre-operation checks, and safety protocols
- Able to interpret project plans, maps, and grading stakes
- Good coordination and control for precise operation
- Physically fit and able to work in rugged environments
- Strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork
